Invoicing

  1. Invoices will be sent ASAP following a sale.  Typically this will be the next day or next business day for weekend sales.
  2. In the case of multi dale sales, this will happen the next business day after the sale is over
  3. In the case of a higher volume of orders, it may take more than one day to send out all invoices.
  4. Once we send your invoice, we will notify you by DM
  5. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice
  6. Please check DMs when you engage in business with us for invoicing & shipping updates.
LIVE SALE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To claim an item, comment the item code.  This is a combination of letters and numbers unique to each item.  For example, “AM22”
  2. The 1st claim see on our screen wins that item.  Please be aware that comments may appear in a different order on your device.
  3. ALL CLAIMS ARE FINAL!  Please be certain you want the item before claiming.  (No putbacks or exchanges)
  4. A claim is a commitment to purchase.
  5. Once you claim an item, that item is taken out of the sale and set aside for you
  6. Please claim responsibly and only claim what you can afford.
STORY SALE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To claim an item, reply to the story and say “SOLD”
  2. Items are available on a 2st come, 1st serve basis
  3. All claims are final, so please claim responsibly
  4. Invoices will be sent the next business day following your claim
INVOICING PROCEDURES

To invoice you, we need the following information:

  1. Email Address
  2. Shipping Address

Please provide this information by DM if it’s your 1st time ordering from us OR if your shipping address or email address has changed since your last order

If you’ve ordered from us before and none of your billing information has changed then we need nothing further in order to invoice you.

We will not be invoicing everyone through PayPal.  You can pay directly through the invoice using a Paypal valance or a credit/debit card.

We are also still happy to accept payments via Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle but will no longer be sending payment requests for those methods.  Instead we will provide everyone with instructions on how to pay us through Venmo, CashApp, Or Zelle if that is preferred.

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
  1. Order will ship ASAP following payment in full
  2. After each Live or Story sale, we will give an estimate on when order will be shipped
  3. Usually this will be 2-3 business days following payment
  4. In cases of higher order volume, this may take up to 7-10 business days
  5. Shipping updates will be provided through posts and stories
  6. Once we ship your order, we will notify you by DM and provide tracking information
RETURN POLICY & OPEN BOXES
  1. We do not accept returns and do not offer open boxes at this time
  2. All sales are final, and products are sold as is
  3. Please be absolutely certain you want the item(s) prior to claiming
SHIPPING SERVICES & COSTS
  1. Unless otherwise specified, shipping cost is not included in the purchase price of your claimed items and will be a separate charge
  2. We use yoru zip code & weight of your order to calculate an accurate shipping cost
  3. Orders that weigh under 1 lb fully packaged ship with USPS from $5-$8
  4. For orders over 1 pb in gross weight, we use either UPS or USPS, and cost is $9 and up depending on the weight of your order and the distance we are shipping
  5. Our default is to choose the most economical shipping option for you
  6. If you have a preference in shipping carrier, special delivery instructions, or a change of address, please notify us prior to sending your invoice because this may result in additional charges
SHIPPING INSURANCE

**In the case of a lost or damaged package, insurance is your friend**

  1. All orders now include insurance coverage rounded to the nearest $100
  2. This costs $0.80 per $100 insured
  3. You can choose to decline insurance coverage if you want.  Please DM to do this.
  4. If you choose to decline insurance coverage, do so at your own risk.  We are not responsible for damages or losses incurred as a result of poor package handling by shipping carriers and cannot help you if you choose not to insure your order
  5. In the event of lost or damaged orders, we will work with you to file an insurance claim
SHIPPING CASUALTIES

Though it is rare, occasionally packages do get lost or damaged in shipping.

  1. We pack all orders with love and care & use appropriate packaging methods so your items survive the journey!
  2. If we break an item in your order prior to shipping, we will let you know.  We will not intentionally send you a broken item.
  3. Otherwise, all items are in the same condition as when sold prior to being dripped off at the UPS or USPS counter.
  4. Once your order is in possession of the shipping carrier, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW IT IS HANDLED.
  5. In the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist you in filling an insurance claim
  6. A refund or store credit will be issued ONLY in the event that your order was fully insured & the insurance lcaim we file was approved.
PAYMENT PLANS
We have 2 types of payment plans that are available

*Minimum ORder $100 before shipping costs*

Option 1: Afterpay via Square

  • We send you an invoice via Square that you can pay through Afterpay.
  • Maximum $2000
  • Pay in 4 installments
  • We get paid right away and you get your crystals shipped right away.

Option 2: In House Payment Plan

  • Payment plans are interest free, but there are late fees if the final balance is not paid on time
  • Full balance including any applicable late fees must be paid prior to having your order shipped

    LATE PAYMENTS
    1. If payment is not received within 24 hours OR by the next business day after we send your invoice then your payment is late
    2. If you need extra time to pay, please communicate so we know what to expect.  While we discourage late payments, it can occasionally be tolerated with respectful communication.
    3. If you pay late, we cannot guarantee timely shipping on your order.  Late paying orders will be shipped at our convenience
    4. If payment or communication is not received within 72 hours of us sending your invoice, we may cancel your order & resell your claimed items
    5. To sum it up, please pay on time or communicate with us!  We run on a tight schedule & have bills to pay & late paying orders are an inconvenience
    6. In some cases of buyers that frequently pay late, we may get tired of this behavior and block you permanently.  Don’t risk it!
    NON-PAYER POLICIES
    1. If you claim items from our Live or Story sales and don’t pay for them, YOU ARE A NON PAYER!
    2. We have very little tolerance for non-payers because they waste our valuable time & deprive other buyers from claiming items that they want
    3. If a genuine emergency comes up which renders you unable to pay for claimed items, please communicate and let us know
    4. We’re all human and shit happens sometimes.  Even to those with good intentions.  So, Non-Payers who communicate with us get ONE WARNING.
    5. If you are a Non-Payer a 2nd time, regardless of reason, you will be BLOCKED PERMANENTLY
    6. Non-Payers that ghost us WILL BE BLOCKED PERMANENTLY, no exceptions
    7. Depending on the severity of the offense, we may choose to publicly report non-payers to the IG crystal community
    8. We realyl don’t want to do any of this, so please be responsible & accoutnable with your actions & remember that our time and energy are valuable.
    WHOLESALE INFO

    Any businesses out there interested in making a wholesale account with us?!  It’s very easy and no commitment to purchase anything.

    1. Follow our wholesale account: @o.w.c._wholesale_crystals
    2. Prove that you are running a business that sells crystals (either website or social media page)
    3. Send us a copy of your state issued seller’s permit/resale certificate (not your FEIN) or we will need to charge you sales tax on any purchases you make

    If it is not obvious from your Instagram account that you sell or use crystals in your business then I will not approve your request to follow my wholesale account unless you contact me by DM to provide this information.
